Here is what it boils down to. According to the lab work she has a fast moving terminal cancer and has been given a two week estimate. According to my vet, the tumorous lymph node was removed in one piece with clear margins. She is exibiting all the signs of a good recovery and has gained 1/2 a pound. Further x-rays and testing did not show any noticible tumors or affected spots. He said she could be one of the miracle kitty's that live another year or two. He reccomended not being surprised if it was fast but to not expect anything until it happened.
Cole and I are happy with her recovery and attitude. We will continue to treat her as a healthy living cat. The only exception is that she is no longer on a diet and Cleo loves that. Thank you all for your well wishes.
